Driven by the desire of its employees, Newrest group is committed to the individual by creating its foundation. Endowed with 1.5% of the group's consolidated annual net income, many solidarity projects will thus be able to come to life.
We are delighted to launch this corporate foundation, which responds to a deep-seated aspiration of our collaborators as well as a personal conviction.
The individual is at the heart of our business. Through this foundation, we aspire to support him at every stage in realizing its full potential. This means, of course, being able to benefit from quality, structuring education.
We also want to enable him to rise or rise again through the values and framework conveyed by sport. Endowed with 1.5% of the group’s annual net income, a number of solidarity projects will be launched. All these actions will be carried out in each of the countries where we operate, on a permanent basis, and beyond Newrest group’s core activities.

She will bring to the Foundation Unlimited her vast experience in realizing the Foundation Unlimited’s vision in the educational and social fields. »

Infectiologist – Pitié Salpêtrière
« Robert Sebbag is a doctor of medicine, attached to the infectious diseases department at the Pitié Salpêtrière hospital. He has practiced medicine, particularly in Latin America and Vietnam, where he was one of the first Western doctors after the fall of Saigon. He was also director of international operations for the French Red Cross for three years. In addition, he is the co-founder of the NGO Action Contre la Faim (ACF), of which he is still a director, and he was also Vice President at Sanofi in charge of the access to medicines. He brings a wealth of experience to Foundation Unlimited in the field of medico-social care in tough environments. »

Sportsman and Entrepreneur
« Tony Parker, nicknamed TP, is a French-American international basketball player who played point guard until the end of his professional career in 2019. He won several All-Star Game titles and was MVP. After his sporting career, he went into business, notably with the TP Adequat Academy project, which aims to provide professional training based on the values of teamwork, commitment and surpassing oneself, linked to sport. He will bring his wealth of experience to Foundation Unlimited in the field of development and resilience through sport. »
« Perrine Laffont is a French freestyle skier specializing in moguls skiing. She is the most successful skier in the history of her discipline, with an Olympic title, five World Championship titles, 54 podium finishes including 30 World Cup victories, and holds 9 crystal globes in her discipline. Sensitive to the social impact she can have, she has agreed to join the Foundation Unlimited to continue winning, beyond her sport. She will put her know-how and interpersonal skills at the service of Foundation Unlimited, based on the values of commitment, perseverance, perfection and resilience that prevail in competitive sport. »
« Matthieu Jeandel has held various financial and strategic positions in France, the Middle East and Spain in international groups such as Deloitte, Compass Group and Newrest. After serving as CFO of the Newrest Group, he works with Olivier Sadran on his family office and now runs an investment fund. He is also heavily involved on a voluntary basis in the opening of a Café Joyeux and is an administrator of the Foundation Crédit Agricole 31. For him, supporting the Foundation Unlimited is the ultimate stage in the fulfillment of an exceptional entrepreneurial and human adventure at Newrest. »
« Former Director of the Institute of Pharmacology and Structural Biology at the CNRS, François Amalric is passionate about health. He has worked for many years as a researcher. Managing Director of the Toulouse Cancer Foundation since 2017, he is linked with the Toulouse Canceropole to fund research projects. He will bring to Foundation Unlimited his experience of the healthcare world and of virtuous governance at the service of the common good. »

« Olivier Sadran is a French entrepreneur, founder and Chairman of the catering group Newrest which operates in 54 countries. He was also President of the Toulouse Football Club until 2020, and continues to develop his passion for sport through show jumping competitions. His strong desire to launch this Corporate Foundation reflects a profound desire to have an impact on the realization of individual potential, beyond the operations of Newrest group, in all the countries where the group is present. He will contribute to the foundation with his strong entrepreneurial and sporting expertise. »
Philippe Choquet
General Director of UniLaSalle
« Philippe Choquet is the General Director of UniLaSalle (a veterinary and engineering school specialising in Earth, Life, Environment, Energy and Digital Sciences) since 1999 and President of FESIC (Fédération des Établissements d’Enseignement Supérieur d’Intérêt Général) since 2017. Philippe Choquet has joined Foundation Unlimited as a board member. He has a degree in agricultural engineering, which he supplemented with an MBA from HEC Paris and a specialisation in international strategy from London Business School. He will bring to the Foundation his know-how and expertise in education projects, both in France and internationally.»

The Foundation Unlimited supports the Fondation Zakoura

The Foundation Unlimited supports the Fondation Zakoura.
Since 1997, the Zakoura Foundation has been actively involved in human development through the education of children, the training of young people and the empowerment of women. To date, it has had a positive impact on the lives of 1,376,730 children, young people and women. In the face of daily challenges, it strives to provide quality education facilities for children in the most isolated and inaccessible regions.
The Al Haouz earthquake in September 2023 caused significant material damage. Thanks to funding from Foundation Unlimited, the Zakoura Foundation is working to rebuild the Imine Ouassif primary school, which was partially destroyed by this natural disaster.
The aim of this project is twofold: to rebuild the school and to develop an innovative educational model that combines academic knowledge, creative activities and a stimulating environment for the 90 pupils involved.
We are very proud to be supporting the Zakoura Foundation.

On Wednesday November 29, 2023, a gala dinner in aid of cancer research was held at the Pavillon Vendôme in Paris, presided over by Mr Philippe Douste-Blazy, President of the Foundation Toulouse Cancer Santé (also former Minister of Foreign Affairs, former Minister of Health and former Minister of Culture).
Olivier Sadran, Chairman of the Newrest Group, was present alongside Matthieu Jeandel, Professor François Amalric, Managing Director of the Toulouse Cancer Foundation, and Dr. Robert Sebbag, together representing the Foundation Unlimited.
Other big names in attendance included Jean-Luc Moudenc, Mayor of Toulouse, Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and CEO of TotalEnergies, Jean-Nicolas Baylet, CEO of the La Dépêche group, Éric Ducournau, CEO of the Pierre Fabre group, and Florent Pagny, who gave a keynote speech in support of cancer research and recurrence.
The Foundation Unlimited is proud to support and participate in the various research projects of the Foundation Toulouse Cancer Santé. On December 5, 2023, the Foundation Unlimited Board of Directors also approved a three-year financial commitment to support a research program aimed at deciphering and targeting dormant and chemoresistant cells in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
